- Inspect siding, repair if needed
- Inspect exterior caulking
- Inspect windowsills, doorsills, thresholds
- Inspect window and doors, install screens

Frozen Foods ~ March is National Frozen Foods month, so you’ll find deals and coupons on frozen foods all month.
Gardening Tools ~ Large home improvement stores typically discount gardening tools like rakes and hoes in anticipation of spring gardening, so if you need new tools or to replace old ones, March is a great time.
Cruises ~ We’ve read that March is known as the travel agent black Friday month, and March is the “wave season”. Good to know, right?
Gift Cards ~ December is the best time to purchase gift cards, but the second best time to find gift card offers is March.
Ski Equipment ~ March is the beginning of discount season for winter gear and apparel, so now is the time to buy winter apparel and equipment. Especially those high ticket items!
Luggage ~ Luggage often goes on sale in March in preparation for Spring Break. Whether you go on vacation for Spring Break or wait for summer, now is the time to get a new set if needed!
Outdoor Furniture ~ Retailers are looking towards Spring so large outdoor items can usually be found at a discount!
TIP: Hold off on buying Android phones, and clothing in general. You’ll find better deals later in the year.
